Call Committee

The Transition Team completed our Ministry Site Profile, which is the first step in calling a new pastor. That information has been passed on to the Call Committee. Members are Nancy Olsen, Carol Krause, Rosamaria Casablanca, Jorge Hernandez, and Barbara Lichneckert. We have developed a set of interview questions and are in the process of holding mock interviews with some exceptionally accommodating area pastors. Their feedback and advice have been very helpful in refining our questions and fine-tuning our interview process. We anticipate getting a slate of potential candidates by the first of July and starting actual interviews later that month. Please hold us in prayer as we seek our next pastor!
